Like the rest of the international development community, AgResults recognizes the impact of COVID-19 on the health and safety of populations around the world. We are also aware of how COVID-19 is currently impacting our Challenge Projects in the field.
Given the unpredictable and ongoing nature of the outbreak, AgResults is regularly conducting ongoing risk analysis in each of our project countries and regions, coordinating with field teams to adjust our operations to on-the-ground conditions. In some cases, this may involve postponing activities. In other cases, we are modifying meetings and field approaches to minimize the threat to personal and public health.
At all times, AgResults’ number one priority remains the safety and well-being of all involved stakeholders — from our in-country Project Managers to local companies participating in our prize competitions to the thousands of smallholder farmers who are at the center of our mission.
